Job Description:
As a Technical Developer at Digital Transformation Company, you will be at the heart of driving innovation by delivering cutting-edge, no-code solutions through our MatchTM AI and Data Technology Platform. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and create high-quality, practical solutions. Your contribution will play a key role in advancing digital transformation initiatives, combining business acumen with technological expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement no-code solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Engage with clients during face-to-face sessions to understand and integrate Advanced Knowledge Services.
  • Participate in process re-engineering, application development, and IT architecture improvements.
  • Collaborate within a dynamic team environment to develop innovative ideas and approaches.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong affinity for conceptual, paradigmatic thinking and change management.
  • Analytical skills, ideally with a Master’s degree in exact sciences.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts clearly to clients.
  • Fluency in English is required; Dutch is an advantage and will enhance client interactions.
  • Experience in Java development.
  • Ability to develop solution-oriented proposals and facilitate client workshops.
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience (fulltime work experience is a nice-to-have).
