Location: Amsterdam
Duration: 4 weeks (40 hours/week)
Hourly Rate: 19-20 EUR/hour

Project Overview:
BA Wind is implementing a new digital setup for managing all digital demands. To streamline the process of refinement and supply intake, a tool named Alfabet has been introduced as the central repository for tracking all demands, regardless of their status. The objective is within the Business Unit Offshore, to ensure that every demand is registered and updated with the latest information in Alfabet, replacing the previous systems where demands were tracked in various forms by different individuals.

Scope of Work:
The consultant will be responsible for consolidating information from disparate sources and ingesting it into Alfabet. This will create a single, comprehensive overview of all digital demands. The role involves not only analyzing information from static files but also engaging with specific demand requestors and supply-side managers to acquire any missing information.

Deliverables:
The final deliverable will be a complete list of all digital demands, along with the updated current state of each demand’s delivery. This list will serve as the authoritative source for demand overview and status tracking.

• Professional in gathering information
• Adept at quickly learning new applications’ functionalities
• Efficient in managing data
• Experience in similar digital transformation projects is advantageous

Timeline:
The work is to commence as soon as possible, with an estimated completion time of one month (4 weeks with 40 hours of work each).

Evaluation Criteria:
The consultant’s performance will be evaluated based on the accuracy and completeness of the information consolidated in Alfabet, the timeliness of deliverables, and the effectiveness of communication with stakeholders.
