Week 1–2: Understanding the problem
Student Developers at TU Delft or other analytical studies already have 1-2 years of part-time work experience in a relevant IT area. The developers are available between 12 and 20 hours/week and are often open to employment after graduation. These are not just students, but the top 10% of the TU and analytical students in the Netherlands based on numbers and work experience.
Week 3–4: Testing the prototype
Graduate Developers are recent graduates of TU Delft or other analytical studies who are available full-time. Graduates have 2+ years of part-time work experience in a relevant IT area and are highly motivated to kickstart their IT career. These graduates can join the client after 1 year. This way, you not only get temporary help, but you also invest in your business of tomorrow.
Week 5–8: Building within your team
Senior Developers are freelance IT professionals with 10+ years of professional work experience who are affiliated with the Codehive network. They have worked for leading Dutch companies and are able to realise complex projects. By working with freelance IT professionals, we select the most result-oriented people and the rates are very competitive in relation to IT secondment for seniors.
Week 9+: Measuring and optimizing
We stay involved until everything runs smoothly. We measure whether we’re achieving the goals and continue optimizing.
