CodeHive invests in IT and AI talents from day one of their studies through side jobs, career coaching and assessments. As a result, we have a pool of 1500+ talents who are gradually graduating. This ensures that we have a constant stream of top talents who join our traineeships.

Thanks to our pool of 1500+ TU software and data engineers, we can select the best 10% of TU Delft and Eindhoven talents so that you can be sure to bring in top talent.

Competitive rates

Because some of our candidates are also taking a master's degree at a (technical) university in addition to their work, you can assess whether the candidate is a good match during part-time hiring. If so, you can hire the talent after her/his graduation.

Regularly within 4 weeks

Sometimes switching quickly is essential. Thanks to our pool of 1500+ engineers, we (almost) always have a good match who is available for an informal conversation. We can switch as quickly as you want.

Our training program

At CodeHive, we believe that you only really learn by combining knowledge and practice. That's why our training programs have been developed in collaboration with universities and experienced leaders in the tech world. Where many programs rely mainly on theory, we give our trainees access to trainers who have themselves been on the front lines for years. Our lecturers are ex-CTO's of YC startups and experts with more than ten years of experience in data and software. They know how to solve complex issues in practice and share those insights directly with our trainees.

Grown into fully-fledged professionals within one year

Each program is built around current market developments and can be tailored to the needs of the client. In this way, we ensure that the knowledge is not only up to date, but also directly applicable in the field.

Within one year, CodeHive trainees will grow into fully-fledged professionals who are ready to make an impact in the team they join. Afterwards, they have recognized certificates, in-depth technical knowledge and the practical skills needed to add value immediately.

At CodeHive, we've been investing in talent from day one of a person's studies. Through relevant side jobs, we get to know students and their qualities early, instead of only recruiting when an immediate need arises. This is how we build long-term relationships and know exactly which talents really suit a client. In addition, we focus exclusively on graduates from top analytical and technical studies, so we have an exceptionally strong and focused talent pool.

What added value does the talent have by participating in your program?

Our trainees not only get access to a top training program, but also to the knowledge and insights of professionals who have already experienced many organizations and projects up close. Instead of one-sided experience within one company, you'll receive practical tips and tricks from experts who give you a 360-degree view of your field. How many of the tech talents will be employed by the client after that year?

No less than 90% of our trainees will continue to be employed by the client after the program. Thanks to intensive guidance, practical training and the perfect match between talent and organization, both parties are ready for long-term cooperation after one year.
