Because some of our candidates are also taking a master's degree at a (technical) university in addition to their work, you can assess whether the candidate is a good match during part-time hiring. If so, you can hire the talent after her/his graduation.

Our training program
At CodeHive, we believe that you only really learn by combining knowledge and practice. That's why our training programs have been developed in collaboration with universities and experienced leaders in the tech world. Where many programs rely mainly on theory, we give our trainees access to trainers who have themselves been on the front lines for years. Our lecturers are ex-CTO's of YC startups and experts with more than ten years of experience in data and software. They know how to solve complex issues in practice and share those insights directly with our trainees.
