Kickstart your IT Career with 1-on-1 Coaching!
Three times a year, students are given the unique opportunity to have a one-on-one session with experienced IT leaders. During a 30-minute session, you can ask all your questions about the IT sector, career opportunities, and your next steps. The first edition last year was a great success.
This year, there will be three rounds in September, February, and May.
Who is it for?
For every student in the Netherlands who is interested in a career in digital, IT or AI. This is an opportunity to ask personal questions about career choices, the IT sector and future developments, and to receive practical advice on how to take the next steps in your professional journey.

Excited to see the impact?
“The program allowed me to take a peek at the job market from the perspective of who’s on the other side. A very valuable perspective.”
Katarina has been part of the Codehive IT Leader team since the beginning:
"What I enjoy most about the Codehive career coaching is the direct connection between the academic knowledge of students and the experience of a mentor. It helps mentees translate their studies into real career pathways and build their skills with purpose."
