AI is transforming the world, and this company is helping shape that transformation. As a Junior Platform Engineer, you will support and improve the internal IT and platform environment. You will work close to daily operations while gradually developing toward system design, automation, cloud infrastructure, and architecture.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary Data & AI environment where engineers, consultants, and technical specialists work together to build smart, scalable, and secure solutions. This role is a great opportunity for someone who already has practical IT experience and wants to grow into a broader platform engineering role.
What you will do
As a Junior Platform Engineer, you will:
- Support and improve the internal IT landscape.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Intune, Purview, and Defender.
- Act as a first point of contact for internal employees and help resolve technical issues.
- Manage Windows and macOS devices, hardware inventory, and endpoint tooling.
- Automate internal operations through scripts, self-service workflows, and scalable permission models.
- Support access management, IAM, SSO, and least-privilege security models.
- Collaborate with experienced Cloud and Platform Engineers on CI/CD, infrastructure, and AWS-connected systems.
- Learn how to translate operational improvements into scalable platform solutions.
What we are looking for
You are proactive, structured, curious, and eager to understand how systems really work. You enjoy solving technical problems and want to grow in a modern engineering environment.
You bring:
- 1–2 years of practical experience in IT operations, system engineering, platform engineering, or a similar role.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field, such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Informatics, or another technical discipline.
- Hands-on experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, including tools such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Intune, Purview, Defender, or Cloud Apps.
- Experience managing Windows and/or macOS devices using Intune, Jamf, or similar tooling.
- Basic scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash/Shell, Linux, or Python.
- Familiarity with cloud concepts, GitLab, and basic CI/CD principles.
- Basic understanding of permissions, IAM, SSO, networking concepts, REST APIs, and security best practices.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
