Salary: €17 – €18/hour
(€15 – €16/hour base salary + 8.3% holiday allowance + 8% paid vacation days on request)

About the Role
As a Student Data Scientist & Tech Operations Assistant, you'll work on the performance and application of GPS trackers used on cattle. Your responsibilities include:
- Performing data analysis in Python, SQL, and Excel to assess tracker performance
- Automating data pipelines and workflows using Python or n8n
- Developing and refining (ML) algorithms in PyTorch or TensorFlow to monitor cattle health
- Building clear, visual dashboards to present data insights to internal teams and customers
- Communicating analysis results directly with clients and proposing technical or process improvements
This is a highly flexible, part-time role that allows you to gain valuable experience in a rapidly evolving tech-driven sector.
Candidate Profile
We’re looking for a student who is:
- Enrolled in a Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or Technical Operations program
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and Excel
- Experienced or interested in tools like n8n, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
- Analytical, independent, and eager to solve real-world problems with code
- Able to clearly communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Enthusiastic about working in a mission-driven startup environment
