Job description

Are you a student full-stack developer looking for a challenging part-time role next to your studies? One of our fast-growing AI clients in Amsterdam is hiring a Student Full-stack Developer to join their tech team. The company develops AI tools for businesses, such as labor market experts, and is scaling quickly with over 20 team members.

In this role, you’ll contribute to both backend and frontend development, designing and maintaining scalable applications. You’ll collaborate with AI engineers, product designers, and fellow developers to deliver real-world tools. It’s a great opportunity to build your technical skills in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Your responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using Svelte, React, and FastAPI
• Work closely with engineers and designers to implement new features and resolve bugs
• Help integrate AI capabilities into the platform
• Take initiative and ownership of tasks
• Ensure seamless interaction between backend and frontend components

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering)
• Hands-on experience with Svelte, React and/or FastAPI
• Familiarity with modern development tools and version control
• Independent, proactive, and eager to learn
• Comfortable in a dynamic startup environment
