Salary: €17 – €19/hour (€15 – €17/hour base pay + 8.3% holiday allowance + 9.6% vacation hours paid out on request)

Job Description
As an IT Working Student at One of Europe’s Leading Technology Investment Companies, you’ll support their AI team in developing and improving intelligent systems that enhance the online shopping experience. You’ll be involved in hands-on tasks such as training models, analyzing experimental data, and helping to build internal tools and dashboards. Working closely with experienced AI engineers, you’ll gain valuable technical experience in an innovative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in training AI models using PyTorch and Huggingface
- Help design and run A/B tests and analyze results
- Contribute to setting up and maintaining data pipelines
- Evaluate model outputs and help build tools to track performance
- Brainstorm new ideas and improvements with the team
- Document experiments, tools, and processes
What You Bring
- You’re currently enrolled in a relevant HBO or university program in IT, AI, or a related field
- Solid Python skills and interest in AI frameworks
- Analytical mindset and structured working style
- A team player who’s not afraid to ask questions and take initiative
- Eager to explore new tools and technologies
- Available for at least 6 months
- Able to work a minimum of 24 hours per week on-site at our Amsterdam office
