Are you an ambitious full-stack developer ready to take a leap into entrepreneurship? BundleBites is searching for a Technical Co-founder who wants to help reshape food delivery in Europe. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to build a platform from scratch, assemble a world-class tech team, and grow a venture-backed startup from its early stage to market leadership.

BundleBites is on a mission to make group food ordering smarter, more efficient, and more affordable. Our MVP is live, generating €15K/month in revenue and growing steadily at 8% MoM. We outperform platforms like Just Eat, Uber Eats, and Deliveroo in high-density areas by leveraging smart bundling and group ordering mechanics.

We’re currently a lean, driven team and are now looking to bring on a technical co-founder to drive the technology side of the business forward.

👩‍💻 Who we’re looking for

An entrepreneurial and hands-on full-stack developer with strong product instincts and the technical chops to build a scalable, reliable platform from scratch. You should be passionate about building something new, enjoy experimenting, and be comfortable with both autonomy and uncertainty.

Must-haves:

  • Full-stack development experience (frontend + backend)
  • Experience with launching scalable web platforms or marketplaces
  • Strong product intuition and customer-centric mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, resource-constrained startup
  • Fluent in English

Big plus:

  • Experience with mobile app development (iOS/Android)
  • Experience with food delivery, logistics, or similar platforms
  • Dutch language proficiency

💸 Compensation & Equity

This is a co-founder role, meaning your compensation is structured around equity. Expect:

  • Near-equal equity stake
  • Near-zero salary until seed funding (target: end of 2025)
  • Post-funding starting salary of €40,000 – €60,000/year
