About the Traineeship Program
During your first year, you’ll be employed by CodeHive and embedded within our partner’s team. This dual support system allows you to contribute to impactful projects while benefiting from CodeHive’s coaching, events, and training opportunities. Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role directly with our partner.
Your Role as a Junior Front-End Developer
You’ll collaborate with a team of developers and designers to create scalable, reusable, and efficient front-end solutions for cutting-edge insurance applications. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain reliable front-end interfaces using modern web technologies.
- Develop and manage a web component library to ensure consistent and scalable design.
- Write clean, functional code and implement automated testing for optimal performance.
- Debug and troubleshoot applications, optimizing for efficiency and usability.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to create seamless, full-stack solutions.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them to ongoing projects.
