Vacancy: Product Owner
Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands
Hours: Fulltime (it is possible to start parttime if you graduate within 6 months)
Salary: €2800 – 3500 EUR/month

Our company is a pioneering technology firm that automates customs declaration processes for logistics companies. We replace traditional methods of communication such as phone calls and emails with automated data flows, resulting in a more efficient and cost-effective solution. Our platform collects source data directly from exporters and carriers, validates it, and manages declarations with customs in various countries, helping our clients achieve significant cost savings and better process insights. Job Description:
As a Product Owner, you are a pivotal link between the commercial, operational, and technical dimensions of our product. You will optimize existing features and innovate by developing and implementing new ideas. Interacting with customers is at the core of your role; you understand their needs and translate these into tangible product enhancements.

You will:

  • Collaborate closely with both new and existing customers to optimize their user experience.
  • Follow up on leads, coordinate the onboarding processes of new clients, and explore new market opportunities.
  • Serve as the connection between customers and technical teams to facilitate product improvements.
  • Analyze customer processes and integrate them with our technological solutions for seamless implementation.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level of thinking and working.
  • Bonus if you have relevant experience in a role combining commercial and analytical skills, ideally in logistics or digital product development.
  • Is fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a strong plus.
  • Exhibits excellent social, proactive, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Is willing to start part-time (2/3 days per week) if still studying, with the intention to join full-time after graduation.
