Hours: 32-40 hours/week

Salary: €3300 – €3600 per month

Target Applicants: Recent graduates in Built Environment, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. No prior work experience required!


Job Description:

Join us as a Project Manager in the Built Environment and take the helm of various construction projects from new buildings to modifications of existing ones. You’ll also be involved in infrastructure projects such as bridges and roads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Negotiate projects and regulations with customers, project developers, and government agencies.
  • Manage maintenance partners to ensure both parties deliver outstanding work.
  • Guide contractors through the building work of new buildings and modifications.
  • Maintain connections within the company and with customers and consulting firms.
  • Occasionally lend your expertise to major new renewable energy projects, such as offshore wind, solar, energy storage, and green hydrogen.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Exceptional coordination skills to manage built environment projects.
  • A master organizer with a keen eye for safety and details.
  • Openness to working occasionally outside the office, at one of the power plants and heat assets.
  • Willingness to engage occasionally in sustainable energy projects, such as solar, energy storage, hydrogen, and offshore wind.
  • A problem-solving mindset.
