UI/UX Designer
Location: Rotterdam
Hours: 12–20 hours per week (1 day/week at the office)
Salary: 17 – 18 EUR/hour (15 – 16 EUR/hour base salary + 8.3% holiday allowance + 8% vacation hours paid upon request)

About the Role
Are you a skilled UI/UX Designer with a strong foundation in Figma and web design? Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for crafting exceptional digital experiences? CodeHive is looking for a part-time designer to join our dynamic team in Rotterdam. Webflow experience is a plus, and you’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects while growing professionally in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop user-friendly interfaces for web
  • Pick the right existing WebFlow templates
  • Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable designs.
  • Use Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Implement the new designs in WebFlow.
  • Ensure designs meet accessibility and responsive design standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Figma and solid web design skills.
  • Familiarity with Webflow is a bonus but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Availability to work on-site in Rotterdam one day a week.
