Job Description:

As a Technical Developer at this digital transformation company, you will play a critical role in identifying business needs and providing our clients with best practices and high-quality solutions, leveraging our innovative MatchTM AI and Data Technology Platform. Your responsibilities will include creating no-code applications in collaboration with clients, applying extensive business knowledge and conceptual thinking. This role challenges you to think paradigmatically about technology and business, making significant contributions to digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement no-code solutions that address client needs.
  • Engage directly with clients in face-to-face sessions to understand their requirements and incorporate Advanced Knowledge Services.
  • Participate in ongoing process re-engineering, application development, and IT architecture improvements.
  • Work within a team environment to foster innovative ideas and solutions.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong affinity for conceptual, paradigmatic thinking and change management.
  • Analytical skills, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree in exact sciences.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts effectively in both English and Dutch.
  • Experience in Java development.
  • Ability to develop solution-oriented proposals and facilitate client sessions.
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
