Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer with a strong background in Java to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in the development and scaling of our GPS tracking software, contributing to a product that makes a real difference in the agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Implement APIs for real-time GPS tracking data processing and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend services with IoT devices and frontend applications.
  • Optimize system performance for handling high-volume data from GPS devices.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with agricultural industry standards.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team’s knowledge growth.Doe

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in backend development, with a focus on Java.
  • Proficiency in Spring Boot and experience building microservices.
  • Experience with IoT device integration and real-time data processing is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL databases, cloud services (AWS), and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovative solutions in the agricultural tech space.
